Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting independent art! Please review our return and exchange policies for the items you are considering before making a purchase.

Original Artwork

  • All Sales Final: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales of original pieces are final.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at jrfletcherart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you on a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement (if possible), or store credit.

  • Commissioned & Custom Artwork: All commissioned and custom pieces are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Print Reproductions

  • Returns & Exchanges: We have a 30-day return or exchange policy for print reproductions that are returned in their original condition and packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your print reproduction arrives damaged, please contact us at jrfletcherart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you on a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement (if possible), or store credit.

  • Defective or Incorrect Prints: If you receive a defective or incorrect print reproduction, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Digital Downloads

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

To Start a Return or Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated by emailing jrfletcherart@gmail.com along with your order number, details of the issue.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Buyers will also be responsible for the shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

General Policy Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy conditions.
